RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

The research and development process focuses on designing innovative, high-performance stainless steel ball valve solutions. Advanced software tools and simulation techniques are utilized to ensure durability, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

MACHINING PROCESS

Uses CNC machines and various machine tools to achieve precise dimensions, smooth surface finishes, and tight tolerances. Prepare valve components for proper assembly and operation.

STORAGE AREA

All valve components are systematically stored and maintained in our storage area to ensure readiness for the assembly process.

ASSEMBLY PROCESS

The assembly of a one-piece SS ball valve involves fitting cleaned parts like the body, nut, ball, stem, gland and lock nut. PTFE seats are installed for sealing, the ball and stem are aligned and secured, and the lever, sleeve and PVC caps are attached. Ensures all components fit correctly and function as designed. Finally, the valve is checked for smooth and leak-proof operation.

TESTING PROCESS

The testing of a SS ball valve includes checking for leaks, strength, and performance by pneumatic and hydro pressure tests. Also, valve’s operation is tested for smooth opening and closing. Verifies valve functionality, safety, and compliance with quality standards.

PACKAGING PROCESS

Protects valves during transportation with durable packaging.
